Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role primarily involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining comprehensive customer records, and managing customer accounts.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and faxes in a call center environment
Handle specific customer issues related to paychecks, enrollment details, and hours worked
Communicate effectively with employers and PHWs
Process and manage customer data with precision and accuracy
Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to maintain and update customer records
Meet daily metrics as a measure of customer service effectiveness
Balance both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide top-notch customer service while managing customer accounts

Requirements:

Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
Proven experience in call center customer service
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
Proficient in email correspondence and maintaining customer communication
Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for documentation and communication purposes
