Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry, based in Pomona, California. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service by managing customer queries and ensuring accurate customer records.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
Manage and respond to inbound customer calls
Provide high-quality customer service in a call center environment
Enter and update customer data accurately
Manage email correspondence with customers professionally and promptly
Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and communication
Enter customer orders into the system accurately
Schedule appointments as per customer requirements

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner
Proven track record of providing exceptional call center customer service
Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering quality customer experience
Proficiency in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and in a timely manner
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
Skilled in using Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents
Experience in order entry, ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and tracked
Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, balancing customer needs and business operations
