In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. Job Responsibility:
Ensure maintenance of good customer relations and resolution of customer claims and complaints in line with consumer laws
Accurately process customer credit applications
Maintain precise customer credit records
Develop initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
Respond effectively to customer inquiries and resolve them promptly
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status
Develop improvement plans based on customer survey responses
Adhere to well-defined procedures and tasks while making decisions
Utilize a basic understanding of work routines and procedures in the discipline
Participate in specialized training to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record in a similar role
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively handle customer interactions
Demonstrated sales experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
Experience in conducting and implementing training sessions to improve team performance
Understanding of various procedures relevant to customer service operations
Familiarity with planning processes to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Experience in claim administration, including processing and resolving customer claims
Proven ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a detail oriented manner
Knowledge of law and regulations that govern customer service operations
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations
Experience in implementing sales promotions to boost sales and attract new customers
Proficiency in using NIS, with a focus on managing customer databases and tracking service requests
Experience in conducting and analyzing customer surveys to improve service delivery.
