Job Description:

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can establish and optimize policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline sales order processes. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth and efficient order management.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and Implement Policies & Procedures – Establish clear guidelines for customer service operations
Optimize the Sales Order Process – Evaluate and improve the current sales order workflow
Collaborate with Sales Team & Customers – Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers
Ensure Customer Satisfaction – Proactively address customer concerns
Monitor & Report on Performance – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in customer service
order management
sales knowledge/experience a plus
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and establish operational processes
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Experience with CRM or order management software is a plus
