Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient processing of customer applications. This role is situated within the call center industry and will require you to make use of your exceptional customer service and data entry skills.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process customer applications and maintain up-to-date records
Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone calls and emails in a detail oriented and timely manner
Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Interact with employers and employees to address queries regarding paychecks, enrollment, and hours worked
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to track and document customer interactions and resolutions
Maintain a consistent level of performance by meeting daily metrics
Respond to fax communications and resolve related issues
Ensure all customer correspondences are handled with utmost confidentiality and detail orientation

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role or similar
Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling customer inquiries effectively
Experience in a call center environment, providing high-quality customer service
Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks
Skilled in detail oriented email correspondence, responding promptly to customer emails
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and document creation
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service at all times
