Job Description:

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the nonprofit industry, located in St. Petersburg, Florida. This role involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process customer credit applications to ensure efficient service
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Monitor customer accounts to identify and address issues proactively
Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented manner
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence
Manage order entries accurately and efficiently
Schedule appointments as required, ensuring smooth operations
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Contribute to a productive and positive call center environment

Requirements:

Proficiency in answering inbound calls with efficiency and detail orientation
Experience in a call center environment, specifically within customer service
Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
Accurate and fast data entry skills
Experience in managing detail-oriented email correspondence
Capability to handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Familiarity with Microsoft Word for documentation and correspondence
Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Ability to schedule appointments, maintaining organization and prioritizing tasks as necessary
