Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily involved in addressing client queries and concerns in a high-volume call center environment, maintaining comprehensive records, and ensuring a smooth flow of information within the team.

Job Responsibility:

Interact with clients, addressing their questions and concerns
Manage a high volume of inbound calls
Accurately document client calls
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data
Maintain a consistent schedule for managing client interactions
Coordinate with attorneys and legal assistants
Manage occasional walk-in clients
Handle daily mail and deliveries
Set clear expectations for clients
Balance customer service duties with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Prior experience in a call center customer service role
Excellent customer service skills
Strong data entry skills
Ability to manage email correspondence efficiently
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience in order entry
Ability to schedule appointments effectively
