Job Description:

This role involves a blend of customer service and data entry tasks within a call center environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing inbound calls from customers and providing excellent customer service
Handling customer inquiries and resolving them in a timely manner
Accurately processing customer credit applications
Maintaining precise customer credit records
Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions
Conducting data entry tasks and maintaining customer databases
Managing email correspondence with customers
Balancing both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks

Requirements:

Prior experience in a call center customer service role is required
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints effectively
Familiarity with data entry procedures, ensuring accuracy and speed
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formula application
Proficient in Microsoft Word, capable of creating and formatting documents
Experience in order entry, with a focus on accuracy and speed
