Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join Tata Steel in Shotton as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling customer queries, managing delivery requests, using Excel for data management, and working collaboratively in a growing team.

Job Responsibility:

Handling customer queries and order entry on internal systems
Managing delivery queries and general administrative tasks
Directing customers to the appropriate teams
Using Excel for data management
Working collaboratively in a growing team

Requirements:

Computer literacy (training will be provided on bespoke systems)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP (preferred but not essential)
Strong teamwork and dedication to customer service
Understanding of business protection and practical solutions
