Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join a local and growing organization as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the organization, helping to solve customer challenges, answer questions, and create meaningful interactions every day. Job Responsibility:

Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or account management via phone, email, live chat, and/or in person
Resolve issues efficiently by identifying customer needs, troubleshooting concerns, and providing thoughtful solutions
Accurately maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is documented and actionable in a timely manner
Work closely with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Proactively offer solutions and insights to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

1–3 years of previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express empathy and clarity
Comfort navigating CRM systems, email platforms, and basic software tools
Experience with CRM/software (e.g., Salesforce or Zendesk) is a plus
A knack for resolving issues calmly and effectively, even under pressure
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates a positive attitude and works collaboratively across teams while maintaining high professional standards

Nice to have:

Experience with CRM/software (e.g., Salesforce or Zendesk)
