Robert Half is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join a local and growing organization as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the organization, helping to solve customer challenges, answer questions, and create meaningful interactions every day. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or account management via phone, email, live chat, and/or in person
  • Resolve issues efficiently by identifying customer needs, troubleshooting concerns, and providing thoughtful solutions
  • Accurately maintain and update customer records, ensuring all information is documented and actionable in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Proactively offer solutions and insights to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express empathy and clarity
  • Comfort navigating CRM systems, email platforms, and basic software tools
  • Experience with CRM/software (e.g., Salesforce or Zendesk) is a plus
  • A knack for resolving issues calmly and effectively, even under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and works collaboratively across teams while maintaining high professional standards

Nice to have:

Experience with CRM/software (e.g., Salesforce or Zendesk)
