Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a vital member of our team, located in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is essential in managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer records. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, allowing you to enhance your skills in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls
Ensure accurate and prompt data entry for customer records and order entries
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for customer service tasks and record management
Manage email correspondence
Take responsibility for scheduling appointments
Actively monitor customer accounts
Process customer credit applications
Address and resolve customer complaints
Maintain a detail oriented demeanor when interacting with customers
Collaborate with the on-site team

Requirements:

Proven experience in answering inbound calls
Prior experience in a call center customer service role
Demonstrable skills in providing exceptional customer service
Proficiency in data entry
Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently
Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience in order entry
Ability to schedule appointments effectively
