Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking personable Customer Service Representatives to assist our client's ongoing needs. The role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining relationships, and supporting internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

Receive and process incoming calls from customers
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns
Communicate with other departments within the company
Respond to internal questions and issues
Review and process documents
Research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
Act as support for other teams within the company

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with computers
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
