Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining an accurate record of customer data.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, effectively addressing customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clear understanding of company's customer service policies
  • Update customers on their orders in a timely and detail-oriented manner
  • Maintain a close liaison with shipping partners like UPS or FedEx to track shipping information
  • Efficiently assist with damage reports and take necessary action
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence
  • Undertake multi-tasking activities, including order entry and inventory management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report generation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, capable of drafting detail-oriented documents and correspondence
  • Experience in order entry, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders
