Job Description:

We are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction. Job Responsibility:

Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries
Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts
Process and verify customer credit applications with precision
Ensure customer records are accurate and up-to-date
Uphold high standards of customer service at all times
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks
Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
Document all customer interactions and communications
Perform data entry tasks related to customer service

Requirements:

Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
Prior experience working within the mortgage industry
Prior experience working in the mortgage or banking industries
Proficiency in Office software is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress
High school diploma or equivalent is required
a degree in a related field is advantageous
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Willingness to work in shifts as customer service often requires 24/7 coverage
