Job Description:

Responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. Stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash. Field customer inquiries. Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Reports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.

Job Responsibility:

Greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options
Assisting customers at pay stations
Fielding customer inquiries
Guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
Upkeeping the condition of the car wash
Performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer
Reporting to work on time and following the dress and appearance code

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills including active listening
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
Ability to work as a team
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Customer service and some sales experience preferred
