Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a customer service position in the Oakville area. Ideally we are looking for someone who is a fast learner, able to handle around 30 -40 incoming calls per day and has experience within a customer service/call center environment

Job Responsibility:

Comfortable with handling phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
Manage emails efficiently
Following up on requested information
Completing administrative duties following customer interactions
Scanning and uploading documents into the system
Working with the team to better understand relevant information for customers
Coordinating information between different departments
Creating efficiencies in the role where possible

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good overall communication skills through email and over the phone
Ability to learn new processes
Upbeat and positive attitude
Comfortable with warehouse environment as few duties require them to be on the dock to check freight (no heavy lifting required)
