Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing order requests, quotations, and delivery logistics
Collaborate with FedEx, UPS, SWA Cargo, and other vendors to secure shipping cost estimates, track deliveries, and troubleshoot issues
Promptly and accurately address customer concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction
Manage the process of order processing, documenting inventory availability, and ensuring efficient delivery of equipment to customers
Maintain a high standard for verbal and written communication with clients
Utilize NetSuite or other large ERP systems for efficient customer management
Leverage your technical aptitude to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Utilize your skills in account management to build and maintain customer relationships
Coordinate logistics to ensure smooth delivery of services
Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless service delivery
Oversee equipment inventory to ensure availability and efficient allocation
Conduct inventory analysis to identify trends and make recommendations
Provide cost estimates to support budgeting and pricing decisions.
Requirements:
Proficiency in NetSuite and NetSuite CRM is essential for managing customer accounts
Proven experience in account management, demonstrating ability to oversee customer accounts and resolve issues effectively
Excellent customer communication skills, able to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
Experience in customer experience management, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
Familiarity with managing customer shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Proven track record in customer success management, demonstrating ability to improve customer retention and success
Ability to manage vendor relationships, maintaining positive and beneficial partnerships
Experience in coordinating logistics, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Knowledge of equipment inventory, able to maintain and manage equipment effectively
Experience in inventory analysis, able to track and optimize inventory for efficiency
Ability to provide accurate cost estimates, helping to maintain budget and financial control.
