Job Description:

As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options. You will also assist customers at pay stations, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, and perform cleaning tasks to maintain the car wash. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work in a team, and physical stamina to perform duties in various weather conditions.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers, answer questions, and explain wash options
Stand at pay stations and assist customers
Field customer inquiries
Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
Upkeep the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Report to work on time and follow the dress and appearance code

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills including active listening
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
Ability to work as a team
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Customer service and some sales experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
Use of hands
reach with hands and arms
Climb or balance
stop, crouch and kneel
Ability to work in damp and humid conditions
Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs
Ability to work in noisy environments
Ability to adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, hand protection
