Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team at one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that values both its employees and customers, ensuring satisfaction and success on both sides of the equation.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring all concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and choosing the best solution
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems
Provide information about products, services, and account status to customers when requested
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns
Uphold company values of honesty, respect, and positivity in all interactions
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest ideas for enhancements

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles (1+ years preferred)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRMs, or basic office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
