Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative based in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. You will be a crucial member of our team, primarily responsible for addressing customer inquiries, processing membership renewals, and ensuring precise record-keeping of customer interactions. This role also includes data entry and the proficient handling of high call volumes, especially during peak periods. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a high volume of customer inquiries
Process membership renewals efficiently and accurately
Perform data entry tasks
Maintain a comprehensive and precise record of all customer interactions
Show proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Use basic office skills to enhance productivity and efficiency
Manage customer accounts
Maintain detail oriented conduct and adhere to company policies
Ensure punctuality and regular attendance
Work within a call center environment, proficiently handling high call volumes

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
Basic Office Skills including filing, sorting, and managing paperwork
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Experience in Data Entry
Familiarity with Numeric Data Entry
Prior experience in a Call Center environment

Nice to have:
