Job Description:

We are in the construction/contractor industry, based in Denver, Colorado, 80220, United States, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team. Your role will be vital in handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of customer records. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries
  • Maintain an accurate record of customer credit applications
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while handling inquiries
  • Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
  • Exhibit proficiency in data entry tasks
  • Facilitate email correspondence with customers as necessary
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for customer record management
  • Handle order entries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Schedule appointments as needed in line with customer requirements
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and timely manner
  • Proficiency in call center customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
  • Experience in managing email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to promptly and in a detail oriented manner
  • Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a detail oriented and positive demeanor at all times
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents as necessary
  • Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing scheduling conflicts
