We are in the construction/contractor industry, based in Denver, Colorado, 80220, United States, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team. Your role will be vital in handling customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of customer records. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries
Maintain an accurate record of customer credit applications
Deliver exceptional customer service while handling inquiries
Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Exhibit proficiency in data entry tasks
Facilitate email correspondence with customers as necessary
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for customer record management
Handle order entries accurately and in a timely manner
Schedule appointments as needed in line with customer requirements
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented and timely manner
Proficiency in call center customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to both internal and external customers
Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
Experience in managing email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to promptly and in a detail oriented manner
Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a detail oriented and positive demeanor at all times
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and analyze data
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents as necessary
Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and on time
Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing scheduling conflicts
