Working in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry, you will play a crucial role in managing the waste and recycling programs of our customers. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Job Responsibility:
Handle notifications generated from waste monitoring systems efficiently
Generate and manage purchase orders for compactor hauls
Ensure confirmation of haul requests with the hauler and customer
Interpret graph data and event logs using device portals
Use NetSuite for creating Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Cases, etc.
Investigate open repair invoice issues or stop service tasks using NetSuite
Alert Customer Service of Site Issues through email correspondence
Possess a deep understanding of pressure data and monitor functions
Correct or enter invoices and device information in NetSuite and Device Portal
Utilize Microsoft Excel for editing and creating worksheets
Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments as required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets and perform basic data analysis
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, capable of creating and editing documents as required
Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and promptly
Ability to schedule appointments, managing the company calendar efficiently and effectively
