Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team near Rutherford, New Jersey. In the manufacturing industry, your role will be pivotal in managing customer orders and inquiries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be tasked with the responsibility of maintaining customer accounts and ensuring smooth operations within a high-volume team.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently process customer orders on a daily basis
Manage and maintain customer accounts
Provide support to a high performing team of customer service representatives
Handle a high volume of work, including emails and other correspondence
Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems for various tasks
Engage in both inbound and outbound customer service calls
Participate in data entry tasks and use of Microsoft Excel and Word in daily operations
Oversee account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

Proficiency in Customer Service
Data Entry skills
detail-oriented Email Correspondence
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Microsoft Word
Experience in Order Entry
Strong Account Management skills
comfortable handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
