Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Canton, Ohio. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer queries, and processing customer applications. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
Provide assistance to customers by offering product and service information
Resolve product and service issues faced by customers
Enter sales quotations and orders on a daily basis
Ensure customer records are up-to-date by revising account information
Manage multiple accounts while supporting external sales representatives
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks
Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
Document all customer interactions and communications
Perform data entry tasks related to customer service

Requirements:

Proficiency in answering inbound calls
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong data entry skills
Experience in email correspondence
Skilled in both inbound and outbound calls
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience in order entry
Knowledge of documentation procedures
