Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This role is remote and primarily functions within Pacific Time Zones.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process patient data
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain performance goals
Utilize double monitors for data entry
Assist other Patient Support Center Representatives and Supervisors
Recognize financial, medical, and legal risks
Translate oral information into concise and accurate written documentation
Act as a patient advocate
Assist new or potential members in the choice of Primary Care Physician
Page clinicians and assist Telehealth Nurses

Requirements:

Proficiency in Customer Service
Experience in Data Entry
Ability to handle Documentation professionally
Prior experience in Training staff on new procedures and policies is a plus
Familiarity with healthcare Procedures and Policy
Capable of efficiently Schedule Appointments
Comfortable with handling Invoice processing
Committed to maintaining Quality
Knowledge of About Time software is preferable
Strong Internet skills
Understanding of Medical Coverage plans and Benefit Functions
Ability to manage Paperwork efficiently
Experience in Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
Familiarity with Claim Administration procedures
Proficient in English Language
Exceptional Communication Skills
Proficiency in Spanish Language is a plus
Regular Attendance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Prior experience in Interviewing for hiring new staff members is a plus
Familiarity with HealthCare.gov
Experience in obtaining necessary Authorizations
Familiarity with Metrics used in healthcare

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Spanish Language
Prior experience in Training staff on new procedures and policies
Prior experience in Interviewing for hiring new staff members
Familiarity with HealthCare.gov
Knowledge of About Time software
