Job Description:

As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, explaining wash options, assisting customers at pay stations, fielding inquiries, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, and maintaining the car wash's condition. You will also perform cleaning tasks, adhere to dress codes, and follow safety protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Greeting customers
Answering questions
Explaining the wash options available
Assisting customers at pay stations
Fielding customer inquiries
Guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
Upkeeping the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Reporting to work on time
Following the dress and appearance code

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills including active listening
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers
Ability to work as a team
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Customer service and some sales experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
Use of hands
reach with hands and arms
Climb or balance
stop, crouch and kneel
Ability to work in damp and humid conditions
Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs
Ability to work in a noisy environment
Ability to adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, hand protection
