Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. This role is situated within the events industry and provides an opportunity for short term contract employment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be handling customer enquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing applications with precision and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and providing timely solutions
Maintain and update customer records with high accuracy
Perform data entry tasks related to customer applications and order entries
Handle email correspondence professionally, ensuring customer queries are resolved efficiently
Distribute pre-printed items and registration badges at events
Efficiently schedule appointments and coordinate with the team for smooth event operations
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation
Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns and provide information
Contribute to the organization of paper items and event materials

Requirements:

Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
Prior experience in a call center customer service role
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively resolve client issues
Strong data entry skills, with a high degree of accuracy and speed
Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring timely and detail-oriented communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience in order entry
Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
