Job Description:

As a customer service representative for the Road Side Assistance team at Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, you will be the key point of contact for Italian and English-speaking customers, providing world-class service and acting as a brand ambassador. The role is located at the Maastricht office in a multilingual, multicultural environment.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
