Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Based in Hicksville, New York, this role plays a crucial part in our operations, managing customer inquiries, ensuring accurate record keeping, and facilitating smooth data entry processes. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity within our industry.

Job Responsibility:

Professionally and promptly address incoming customer calls
Uphold outstanding customer service standards within a call center setting
Secure accurate and efficient data entry for all customer interactions
Manage email communications with customers, providing prompt and suitable responses
Handle both incoming and outgoing calls, upholding a high degree of professionalism
Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to keep customer records and process information
Accurately input customer orders into the system
Arrange appointments for customers when required
Supervise and manage customer accounts, implementing appropriate actions as needed

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience or skills in Answering Inbound Calls
Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service
Proven record of excellent Customer Service
Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy
Experience in Email Correspondence
Skilled in handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Proficiency in Order Entry
Experience in scheduling appointments
