We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in the Healthcare industry at our location. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be instrumental in handling a wide range of customer service and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Efficiently answer incoming calls and return missed calls to address customer inquiries
Effectively manage email correspondence with clients, providers, and internally within the team
Scrutinize and understand the provider's history in MedCheck, Scheck, and SalesCloud and consult with the Supervisor or other relevant departments for clarification
Proactively contact providers to discuss findings and ensure timely communication
Regularly maintain and update reports and spreadsheets to ensure accurate record keeping
Ensure regular attendance and punctuality to meet and exceed the service level
Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Exhibit knowledge of Workers Compensation fee schedules and regulations to guide customers
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills to interact with customers
Showcase excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Display proficiency with Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and coding to assist customers effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and patience
Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Experience in Data Entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Email Correspondence, ensuring effective and timely communication with patients and staff
Experience with both Inbound and Outbound Calls, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
Experience in Order Entry, ensuring all patient orders are processed accurately and promptly
Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently, managing multiple schedules in a complex healthcare environment
Experience in Medical Billing, with a strong understanding of NHS billing procedures and guidelines
