Job Responsibility:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during overnight hours, providing timely and accurate assistance
resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
assisting customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and processing orders or returns
documenting and tracking customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed records
escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary
maintaining a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
collaborating with team members to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent service quality
identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes during overnight hours
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
additional customer service training or certifications a plus
previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or support environment
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in challenging or stressful situations
comfort with working independently and managing workload during overnight hours
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
flexibility and willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across shifts
