Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and execute sales promotions to boost customer engagement
Maintain a proactive approach towards informing and educating customers through organization-wide initiatives
Oversee the processing of customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner
Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records
Handle customer complaints and claims effectively and fairly, adhering to consumer laws
Develop improvement plans based on customer surveys to further enhance customer service
Utilize your understanding of work routines and procedures in your discipline to aid decision-making
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Utilize specialized education or experience to perform tasks and make decisions based on defined guidelines
Provide training and education to customers to improve their understanding of our services and promotions

Requirements:

Proven experience in Customer Service
Strong Communication skills
Sales experience
Previous Training experience
Understanding of Procedures and Planning Processes
Experience in Claim Administration
Ability to handle Complaints professionally
Familiarity with Law Regulation related to customer service
Strong Decision-Making skills
Experience in Sales Promotions
Knowledge of NIS (Network Information System)
Experience in conducting Customer Surveys

Knowledge of NIS (Network Information System)
