Job Description:

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative who is eager to make a difference within a growing international organization. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary
  • Assisting customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking
  • Documenting and maintaining records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and contributing to team success
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software or CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to go above and beyond to satisfy customers
