Randstad is seeking a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to be a part of a team and help clients with their inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues, and ensure customers have a positive experience with the products and/or services. You’ll be one of the faces in the customer service team, offering support and troubleshooting assistance for automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in customer service (around 2 years of experience) who’s eager to grow and develop in the exciting automation field.
Job Responsibility:
Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat
Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and orders in a clear and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a solutions oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, and operations) to provide timely and accurate information
Track customer interactions and ensure all communication is documented in the system
Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Help customers understand the features and benefits of our products and services to enhance their experience
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share feedback with management
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive attitude and team oriented approach
Nice to have:
French Bilingualism is not necessary but is an asset
