Job Description:

As a customer service representative for the Roadside Assistance team, you will act as the first point of contact, ensuring exceptional service for Mercedes-Benz customers. The role includes handling inbound requests, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with service providers, and tracking cases. Flexibility, multilingual capacity, and customer-centricity are key qualities. Work happens onsite in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide customer assistance for Roadside Assistance service
Answer inbound telephonic customer requests
Coordinate assistance through authorized service providers
Input information into computerized systems
Follow up and update customers about cases

Requirements:

Great communication skills
Fluent in Italian and English
