Job Description:

A Rochester-based organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, growing organization that values both customer and employee satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues by clarifying complaints, selecting the best solutions, and following up to ensure resolution
Provide detailed product and service information to customers
Accurately document interactions, resolutions, and ensure follow-up as needed using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and satisfaction scores

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to have:
