Job Description:

Our partner in the food industry in Laval is currently looking for a new customer service manager for its order desk. Are you a dynamic person who can quickly integrate into a team? Are you comfortable doing repetitive work? Would you like a permanent position in Laval? If you answered yes to these questions, don't hesitate to contact us, we want to meet you :) ... Job Responsibility:

Order taking and follow-up
Answering calls from internal and external customers
Updating files and deliveries
Telephone follow-up with customers (B2B)

Requirements:

Advanced bilingualism with customers outside Quebec and colleagues in Ontario
Availability to work 100% on-site in Laval
Previous experience with order entry and tracking software (SAP, Acomba) will be considered an asset
Ability to work with B2B customers
Excellent customer service, calm and smiling personality

Nice to have:

Previous experience with order entry and tracking software (SAP, Acomba)
