Job Responsibility:

Efficiently processing customer credit applications
Handling high volume phone calls and email correspondence
Maintaining detailed and accurate customer credit records
Using AS400 to manage customer records and processes
Proactively taking appropriate action on customer accounts when necessary
Displaying excellent phone and email etiquette at all times
Handling multiple tasks and responsibilities concurrently
Processing credit card transactions for customers
Exhibiting a high level of initiative and drive in all tasks
Ensuring all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in handling inbound telephone calls
Experience in processing credit card transactions
Knowledge and practical use of AS400 system
Excellent skills in email correspondence.
