Job Description:

This role is focused on delivering outstanding customer service in a call center setting and involves significant data entry. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs are addressed and resolved
Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining customer records accurately
Correspond via email with customers, addressing their questions and concerns
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to facilitate efficient communication
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks, including order entry and record-keeping
Schedule appointments as required, ensuring a smooth flow of operations

Requirements:

Proficiency in answering inbound calls, with a focus on maintaining a detail-oriented and courteous demeanor
Prior experience in a detail-oriented call center customer service role is essential
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues effectively
Proficient in data entry, with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent skills in email correspondence, ensuring all communications are clear, concise, and timely
Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, adept at managing high-volume call flow
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting
Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately recorded and processed
Ability to efficiently schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with various stakeholders
