Job Description:

We are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction. This position is based in Falls Church, Virginia and you will be working on-site Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries
Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts
Process and verify customer credit applications with precision
Ensure customer records are accurate and up-to-date
Uphold high standards of customer service at all times
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks
Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls
Document all customer interactions and communications
Perform data entry tasks related to customer service

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of admin and customer service experience
Prior billing and invoicing experience
Prior accounts payable and receivable experience
Proficiency in Office software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
