Job Description:

Join our Rapid Diagnostics team as a Customer Service Specialist! We're seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual to help support our nationwide operations and ensure excellent service delivery. You will handle medical centre bookings, customer queries, dashboard administration, and assist with the 'Chemist on Call' service.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver outstanding customer service, handling medical centre bookings and dashboard administration
manage the 'Chemist on Call' service and oversee medical centre openings
respond to customer queries via phone and email promptly and professionally
follow standard operating procedures to meet service levels (SLAs) and KPIs
work closely with your team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
strong IT skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
a team player who can lead by example and has a proven record of meeting targets
