Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor in Sarasota, Florida. As a part of our team, you will be overseeing a team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in the manufacturing industry. You will handle customer service for larger accounts, manage your team, and partake in training and client meetings.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the customer service department
Manage customer service for larger accounts
Train your team
Attend client meetings
Handle growth transitions within the department
Work closely with the sales department
Use Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze data
Implement strategies for improving customer service processes and procedures
Maintain a detail-oriented and professional demeanor
Foster a positive work environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role
Supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of implementing customer service policies and procedures
Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools desirable
Strategic thinking and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on improving customer experiences
