Join Our Client as a Customer Service Team Leader! 🌟 Are you a passionate leader ready to inspire a dynamic team? We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Customer Service Team Leader to join our client's friendly organisation in the manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the performance of our dedicated customer service team, ensuring consistently high standards in resolving inquiries and maintaining engagement
Organise staffing levels and weekend rotas to guarantee adequate coverage and seamless operations
Develop and implement effective strategies and processes for efficient working practises
Manage customer inquiries via email and telephone, taking ownership of escalations and feedback
Cultivate strong communication with other departments to enhance collaboration and proactive problem-solving
Analyse data monthly to identify trends and present insights to the wider organisation

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A minimum of five years of experience in a customer service role, with leadership experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive approach to teamwork and individual responsibilities
Ability to motivate and support team members while fostering a friendly and open-minded atmosphere
