In this role, you are a business-minded enterprise Customer Success Manager working closely with our largest enterprise customers. You will manage the complete talent flow and be measured on the success of your customers. Responsibilities include setting up reports, defining KPIs, advising clients on market trends, and managing complex questions/issues. Job Responsibility:
Ensure the success of our largest enterprise clients
set up reports and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
measure customer success through funnels and implement strategies to enhance client performance
meet agreed performance SLAs and deliver high-quality candidates to clients
advise clients on market trends and assist in running successful programs
build and expand a relationship network internally and with clients
participate in management meetings to discuss client status
manage complex questions and issues from users
provide assistance by addressing more complex, non-standardized issues
monitor the support process and ensure the appropriate approach
support clients with expertise, advising them on SLA requirements
deliver friendly and responsive assistance
generate accurate reports by gathering data from standard sources
Requirements:
Work experience, ideally in the field of HR Tech as a customer success manager, account manager or delivery manager
strong command of English
excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
strong communication and presentation skills and confidence interacting throughout all levels of the company hierarchy
detail-oriented, efficient, reliable and ready to perform
pragmatic and solution-oriented approaches
ability to work both on a team and independently
strong analytical reasoning skills
