Job Description:

Our client in Export PA is hiring a Customer Success Technical Associate for at least a 6-month contract. This position is fully on-site M-F 8AM-5PM. The pay is based off experience: $21-$26 an hour. The client requires an associate's degree in engineering, business or marketing.

Job Responsibility:

Provides basic technical expertise and advice to customers to determine appropriate product or aftermarket service to purchase for the customer’s application
Provides basic troubleshooting expertise for customers looking for repair and technical assistance
Prepares customer quotations for standard and custom products or aftermarket services
Provides support to the Territory Account Manager for quotations and customer follow up
Interacts with Sales Management, Product Support, Service and SCM to furnish pricing and delivery on standard and engineered to order products on customer accounts
Monitor and classify Opportunities over $1K from reseller accounts
Obtain End Use customer information to comply with U.S. Commerce export regulations
Other Duties as assigned

Requirements:

Associates Degree in engineering or technical discipline, business or marketing
1-2 years experience preferred
Experience with a technical product or vacuum equipment supporting both domestic and international customers is preferred
Excellent oral & written communication skills
Positive customer-focused attitude and successful interaction in a dynamic team environment is a must
Proficiency with MS Office software, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and manufacturing operating systems
Experience with SAP is a plus
Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Valid driver’s license
