Job Description:

Join a new Customer Supply Chain team! At the moment we’re helping our client, the global well known company, to create new Customer Operational Center in Warsaw.

Job Responsibility:

to be the privileged contact for Customers (automotive industries)
manage the entire operational relationship with customers to ensure compliance with service commitments and improve the customer experience
operations monitoring: forecast to invoice, client demands management, taking the initiative to constantly progress and reinforce customer relationships
coordinate operations with our internal partners (trade, supply, logistics)
analyze customer forecasts
manage order management and logistics planning
lead the resolution of customer complaints

Requirements:

communicative German or French knowledge (min. B2 level)
very good knowledge of English and Polish (B2/C1)
previous experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/Transport
good work organization and ability to work in a dynamic environment
proactive attitude with ability to quickly adapt to new situations
willingness to work with customers and building long-term relations
communication skills and openness in contacts
