Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Providing excellent support to customers through various channels
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers
Providing exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Offering prompt and effective solutions to questions regarding account setup, verification, sign-in problems, financial matters, and general platform navigation
Resolving any technical issues
Offering feedback to optimize internal processes for a better customer experience

Requirements:

Fluency in both French
Preferably previous working experience in a call center
High school diploma or a higher education degree

Nice to have:

Enthusiasm about sports
