Job Description:
We're looking for dedicated people to join our client's customer support team for a leading website solutions company.
Job Responsibility:
  • provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone
  • troubleshoot user issues with the client platform, offering guidance and solutions
  • educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites
  • work closely with the product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • stay up to date with new client features and updates to provide accurate support
  • collect and relay user feedback to improve overall user experience
Requirements:
  • native or advanced german (C2) proficiency
  • intermediate level of English (B2)
  • experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory)
  • tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
  • excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users
  • experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
