Job Responsibility:
Providing exceptional B2B customer support
Assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services
Engaging with clients ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and support excellence
Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: Identify account holder
Verify account information
Comply with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer
Requirements:
fluency in both French and English C1, spoken and written
High School diploma (mandatory)
Stable profile with stable job history (not frequent job hopping) (mandatory)
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with strong orientation to the customer (mandatory)
Teamwork/ Interpersonal skills
Experience working in a very fast paced environment with strong multitasking
High attention to detail
Experience with automated customer service platforms is a plus
A professional, helpful and friendly attitude coupled with the ability to listen, teach and elicit information efficiently
Background in providing customer support from various industries including retail, banking, or any other type of customer service
A strong problem solver with an interest in resolving customer issues
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent writing, email, phone and organization skills. Strong verbal communication and computer skills
Flexibility to adapt well to change
Ability to work various shifts
Availability to work on rotational shifts at the office (100%)
Nice to have:
