Job Description:

You will be the main point of contact between German market customers and the bank. Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable, trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
Follow communication procedures and guidelines set by the client
Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

Fluency in German (minimum level B2)
English proficiency (minimum level C1)
Excellent communication skills
Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
Customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to different personalities
